Artist’s Statement
My inspiration comes from nature and the energy of movement that flows within it, merging into the sense of oneness.
When I move, I feel that nature holds the hidden patterns and rhythms that give life to everything. Whether it’s the curve of a leaf, the flow of water, or the light over fields, these elements shift both the landscape of the body and the mind.
I enjoy observing peoples’ movements and expressions because they reveal a deep connection between nature and emotion. For example, how do you respond in a storm? Or when you receive flowers – how does it change your energy? I believe we are all shaped by the world around us, by nature, and by evolution.
When I walk in the woods and touch trees, bark, the leaves, or the mud, I feel the sensations and wonder how I can bring them into my art. I aim to create dialogue with the fluidity of water, the roughness of rocks, and the softness of the sky, all while reflecting the mind’s true nature.
My art explores the complexity of life, distilling it into simple movements and forms. I want to capture how movement shapes us and the world, honoring the forces of nature that guide us through emotions and moments of stillness and pause. Through my work, I hope to offer a space where the viewer can connect with nature in a surreal dimension.
